The personal information you provide when creating your customer profile will be used by both
Valley View Laundry Lounge and our payment processor, The Laundry Boss, to help us deliver services securely and efficiently. We do not sell or share this information with unrelated third parties
Your profile enables us to:
-Process your laundry based on your preferences
-Contact you in case of order issues
-Accept and process secure payments
-Offer occasional promotions or service updates

We may provide branded laundry bags for customer use, subject to availability. These are optional and not required to use our services.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
We follow the care label instructions attached to each item whenever available. If you request alternative treatment, or if the care label is missing, our staff will process the item according to the handling guidelines they’ve been trained on. You accept all responsibility for items handled contrary to manufacturer instructions.
LIMITED LIABILITY
Items left unclaimed beyond 30 days may be donated or discarded at our discretion, with no further liability. To report missing or damaged items, please notify Valley View Laundry Lounge within 48 hours of your pickup date. We’ll do our best to investigate and resolve the issue.
You acknowledge that the laundering process carries some inherent risk. While we take precautions to protect your items, we cannot guarantee that issues won’t occur. In the event of loss or damage caused by our negligence, we will work with you in good faith toward a resolution.
In the event that we are found responsible for damage or loss, the maximum refund or reimbursement will not exceed $100 per order.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valley View Laundry Lounge and its affiliates shall not be liable under any legal theory—whether contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise—for:
-Any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or business disruption)
-Replacement of garments or services beyond the reasonable market value
-Total damages exceeding $1,000 per customer account
-Any issues arising from events outside of our reasonable control.
These limitations may not apply to you if restricted by applicable law.
